At home right now. Mum's not at home, that means I am at home with sis and the dog. Which also means two mouth to feed. Not that serious sounding, but to make sure that my sis do eat and well, prepare food for the dog.

I have been taking catnaps ever since yesterday noon, and I wonder if it is okay for being awake right now. Hmmm.

Credit Cards

There was once, I don’t know how, but after paying a lump sum of rent, I find myself without a cent left to eat. Knowing that, I went to the only ATM which I think I still have some savings left, but alas! The ATM ate my card!

I was just frustrated and hungry, so my last resort was, I went and ate pizza and paid with the emergency credit card from mum. after that, I call back home to explain why I used the card, because I was so afraid that empress will scold me.

So, now you see, this is how credit cards are useful to me – when I am flat broke and plain unlucky. Be careful though, if you want to get a credit card, read up credit card guides and articles so that you know what you are doing.

Another Function

Yo illustrate my rant more vividly, I took this pic last Sunday, a day where there isn't supposed to be any celebration, but there is a function in the city council square nonetheless. This is very much smaller in scale as compared to those Mawi-like crowds.

Thank God they didn't light up any fireworks this time.

Happy Mothers Day, or whatever designation you call your mama. I was kepoh-ing around people's blog reading about what others has got to say, and I stumbled upon a comment that says along the line that ".... lame in comparison."

That is not right lah.

I *heart* PPP

I was refreshing PPP, trying to get some ops, and it is quite hard to get ops lately, I think. well never mind. I was surprised to see a huge green love love op, non other than the one for loyal posties to confess their love to PPP.

Firstly, because PayPerPost makes my blogging more rewarding. I first started my blog for fun and leisure, and sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming, and dead, but with PPP I am more motivated now. $.$

Hotel Reservations

Of course I would like to go on a holiday every now and then, in fact who doesn’t? My house mate is going to Redang with her colleagues for one whole week, and boy, I wish I could go too. It has been so long since I saw the coast line and dipped my toes into the seawater, and I have never been to Redang Island. Sobs.

I’ve finished a tag on where I wanted to go, and yeah you would have guessed it- I wanted to go to the French Riviera, thanks to Mr. Bean’s Holidays. I don’t want to think about it, it is getting depressing.

Looks like I have to write more for this article, so please please just let me be able to write more words.

It doesn’t help when I don’t have the cash to go on a holiday, and all my hard earned money writing paid posts are either still sitting nicely in paypal without any means of getting them out or they are still with my sponsors.

If I were to get any money out of them, I will eat them first. And then I will think about holidays, if they actually materialize. I will try check out all the hotels and hotel reservations on all sorts of accommodations of my destination, and then get the cheapest, most affordable, minus bed bugs (if you’ve seen the trailer of the bug movie, you will understand why I am concerned) and best if they provide bed and breakfast too.

Oh my God, oh my God!

This shows just spells yucky awesome! Yucky, because the blardy bugs are just everywhere all over the bodies, and awesome because it is so realistic, from the trailer.

It is not out yet, but I am spreading the trailer review fun, so sit it out, it is just 1.18 minutes.

This movie, starring Ashley Judd, Michael Shannon and Harry Connick, Jr. is a horror film that makes me feel all icky and creepy. Gives me the sensation of having bugs all over my body.

I don’t know how but apparently the two fella went and overnight in some motel, and in the middle of the night, some bed bug or the like crawled into their body and somehow drill through their skin and decided to stay in their body. And worst, I heard it eats the brain.

I don’t dig horror movies at all, but I am kinda curious of this bug movie. Maybe I should just go and watch, but I am afraid I will be hiding behind the popcorn box. But I want to know what happened in the end! How ah?

So, umm if you are a horror movie fanatic, I am sure you will be thrilled. Look at the bug movie posters,nice eh?

KAL Energy’s mineral claims are located in East Kalimantan, Indonesia -- a region of active coal export since the 1980s. According to Reynolds, several infrastructure elements allow the region to maintain world-leading production rates. Among these are rapid rates of scale production, a minimization of front-loaded capital expenditures and diminished unit costs in comparison to competitors. The close proximity of Kal Energy’s mine properties to both the Mahakam and Kadang Pahu Rivers provide for low cost barge transport of coal.
“While other regions around the world are stuck at a certain level of production, places like Kalimantan, in Indonesia, continue to ramp their production massively,” says Reynolds. “It’s definitely a factor that I think investors are starting to realize.” Kal Energy has recently become a public company, trading under the symbol KALG.
KAL Energy has already secured the rights to an estimated geological resource of 192 million tons of thermal coal. This coal has been identified to have a very low sulphur and ash content which allows it to be utilized for more environmentally friendly electricity generation than many other Asian coals. They have made plans to produce and ship 200,000 tons of its product to end users in the latter half of 2007, with additional plans to scale production to 5 million tons per year within the next four years and 15 million tons per year on a long-term basis, after the successful completion of the exploration program and subsequent world class mining feasibility study. Sad, no nasi lemak

I had wanted to eat in Subaidah, the nasi lemak thingy, but hell when I reach there I could barely find a parking. It was that packed alright. And when I manage to walk into the place, it was full with swarms of football fans that I can’t even find a place to sit, much less to order anything. I was dead hungry, I tell you.

It is quite frustrating when I wanted to find some good binoculars but the stores here don’t carry them. I have to search high and low just so that I could find one and go see some bird. You know birds that build their nests in tress and feed their young chicks with worms.

I am no ornithologists, but bird watching with a good pair of birding binoculars is great. You could see those beautiful sparrows, robins, hummingbirds and even mockingbirds in their natural habitat.

Vesak

It is weird that the Malaccans does not celebrate Vesak as much as we used to do back in our hometown. It was a much merrier affair and I view it as quite festive. Spiritually festive, I mean.
