Simple Whole Wheat Pancakes

I woke up slightly late and totally lazy today. Going out for brunch seems like a colossal task, so I made some pancakes with whole wheat flour, real butter and fresh milk, a slightly healthier and more filling version than McD's hotcakes. Lovely heart shapes made with this nifty silicone heart shape moulds from Daiso.

Serve it sweet with butter and maple syrup. Or savoury, with bacon and eggs.
