Recipe for Simple Butter Cake
250 grams butter
200 grams icing/confectioners sugar, preferably sifted
300 grams flour
1 tablespoon fresh milk
Baking Temperature: 225C/440F
Baking Time: 30-45 minutes
- Preheat the oven.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Fold in eggs and mix evenly.
- Add in flour little by little. Make sure it is incorporated thoroughly.
- Splash in the milk, pour into baking tin and bake at 225C until cooked through.
